I was an acquaintance of Yulisa Karina director of "Mama Tingo" back in 2012 in Los Angeles . I'm writing this to inform and warned anyone who will come in contact with her to be beware.  During Summer of 2012 I made a loan to Yulisa Karina of $1000 which she promised to pay in 2 months . She has lies to avoid repaying the loan. 

She was trying to get bigger money amount from me, to invest on a film project. However, I wasn't to sure of her. To test her credibility, I made a small loan to see how honest and reliable she was. But it was just a disapointment. I figure it's safe to loss $1000 than $10,000.

Now 20 months later I'm still waiting for repayment. I've communicated with Yulisa numerous times and she's made false promises every single time. I explained to her that I will go public to whomever she's acquainted with via email, Twitter, Facebook and any other means, to alert the Latino Entertainment community to be very cautious if she offers a "deal" or a "business opportunity" or asks for money.

I gave her many options to repay me back and to help her, than to deal with the public humiliation, that I'm beginning to undertake. Yulisa has promised to pay and once again failed to do and wont answer or reply to her phone. Because she has lied to me multiple times and she owes $1800 in back rent to another friend of hers, and I also found out of two other people who made loan to Yulisa and she is not yet to repay the loan. So far that is a total of four people Yulisa ows money to.

Few other mutual acquaintance mentioned that she asked to borrow money. I'm confident that Yulisa is praying on several others besides the one I know of. I have no faith that she will keep her word regarding paying any of us. I've been very patient and understanding but I'm not confortable knowing that she is taking of all of for a ride. Its not right and lt's my responsibility to warn others. If anyone have ties to Yulisa I caution you to be careful. I've alerted many of Hollywood Latino FB community who have ties with Yulisa.

I vowed to Yulisa that there would be public consequences and I'm delivering on my promise.

I pity her she is dishonest and won't get far in life with this shady behavioral. She is such a story-maker at one point she lied saying she own the property she was living at, to later find out that she only renting and was evicted for non-payment.

Its so sad because she doesn't have the skills to earn an honest living so she has survived from one scam to the next.

I consulted a lawyer and he advice me to take her to small claims court. Which I am planning to follow up with.
