I CHANGE MY TELEPHONE COMPANY FROM AMERITECH TO Z LINE HOME EDITION . WITH THE PROMISE OF HAVING UNLIMITED LOCAL CALLING BUT NOW THEY HAVE CHANGE IT AND DID NOT NOTTIFIED ME

NOW THEY ARE CHARGING ME EXTRA FOR LOCAL CALLING. ALSO THEY ALWAYS MAKE MISTAKES ON MY PHONE BILL, THEY ALWAYS TRY TO COME UP WITH WIERD EXCUSES TO DENIED THERE MISTAKES.

THESE MISTAKES INCLUDE: EXTRA LATE FEE CHARGES EVEN IF PAYMENT WAS RECIVED ON TIME AND EVEN IF IT SHOWS UP AS "ON TIME" IN THEIR SYSTEM.

NOT TO MENTION THE TIME THEY TAKE TO ANSWER YOUR CALL AND THEN PUT YOU ON HOLD EVERY 2 MINUTES FOR A PERIOD OF 10 MINUTES EVERY TIME.

OVER ALL THEY ARE A RIP OFF, AND HAVE POOR CUSTUMER SERVICE AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANY ONE.
