Complaint Review: Z57 & Constellation Software
Z57 & Constellation Software Poor customer service - many advertising errors generating business in wrong locations and inability to fix problem. internet
Multiple problems since signing up early 2017: Services advertised two wrong towns located at other end of the state and advertising on website were for business back East (not CA); new listings never showed on website; clicking on Sold listings map & screen continued to lock up; no local events posted; many technical and website issues not responded to when not working properly.
Lost revenue due to fact no local focus as an activie realtor in my area - mainly advertising Southern California business showing up in my "Specialty area" tab wrong. I couldn't get new listings to post on website (i.e. 4/10/17 Albany Circle listed and website didn't show it until 7/3/17 after I called multiple times) this is not an acceptable way to do business - my clients not happy with my lack pf website advertising.
Some listed home photos dropped off site for unknown reasons and no response for fixing this problem and photos not put back up.
Website lead capture would not integrate properly with Realtor.com and Zillow. I was told they would do posting to my facebook and facebook continued to send me notices that I needed to update my site due to lack of postings - Z57 never acknowledged how to fix this problem.
Very pushy sales people who do not understand needs of consumer/realtor. Once I signed the contract I was then told they didn't have an agreement with my local MLS Board and would not have "live feed". I was not able to cancel at that time since I was already locked into their contract. Many lies/misrepresentation of the sales staff.
Contract stated there would be listings posted to Facebook Business page automatically as soon as uploaded into MLS. This never worked due to fact they did not have a live feed from MLS.
I tried to make this site work for about 6 months and then had to discontinue due to lack of responses and problems never fixed. I now have a new company I'm working with but Z57 is telling me I still owe them $3,039.84 and will still be obligated until May 17, 2018. AND I have to call them prior to April 10, 2018 to cancel at that time. This call today is not sufficient.
