Zach & Megan Ingles Lies, Lies, Lies! Totally Scammed Me Greenville Michigan

This all started on April 29, 2014 and I still dont have complete closure. I thought I would give you some updates. Zac stopped answering my calls so I took him and his wife to court. It started in small claims but a short time before we were to be in court he hired an attorney. This attorney stopped the small claims court date and set up a discovery hearing. This is to have his attorney ask me about my evidence that I have. Then it got escalated to civil court! After the discovery court date, I was offered a settlement not even close to what zac origionally offered or what I'm asking for now. I refused it so about a month later we went to civil court. I was first to take the stand and pleed my case. after I was done zac's attorney started with me. After an hour of questions he asked the judge to dismiss the case. The judge said no and asked the attorney if he had any witnesses. He called zac to the stand. after zac answered all his questions, I got my turn. Keep in mind, I don't have an attorney and am not one myself. Zac said on the stand, the reason why he sold the vehicle was because he needed something bigger to drive so his 4year old daughter would not kick him in the back anymore. When I asked him what vehicle he bought, he was very reluctant. He actually bought a vehicle that was either smaller than the vehicle he sold me to about the same size!!! There we're a lot of things said that were different than the beginning but let me sum up what happened. The judge said Megan, the wife, is clear of the case due to only owning the vehicle and not doing the deal. Zac's attorney helped him get court pushed all the way to January 9, 2015! Remember when it started, April 2014, but he lost  the case against me and owes me a lot of money! He warned me to remove this from the internet and I was thinking about. I tried communicating with zac several times since the court date to see What he wanted changed on the report and he didn't respond.

on the last day possible, he isn't sending me a check. Instead he went to court yesterday and asked for a payment plan. Had he done what he said from the beginning, I think he would have paid less than he is paying now! He has a lot of time into his attorney, court costs and the judgement! 

I wish things would have gone differently But they didn't. I have to except monthly payments now that will extend me beyond a year since this all started.

just know this, I would have never taken the time to do this if zac would have done what he said he was going to do from the beginning. I have proof from the mechanic that he said things that he said different on the stand in court. If your gonna deal with zac, look past his charm and sales ability and do a little homework, in my opinion he is looking only to benefit himself and will say or do anything to get what he wants. 

one of the things the attorney used to try to get this thrown out of court was I said in the title Lies Lies Lies, totally scammed me. I guess I should have said: Zac said some things that weren't accurate and not a lot of follow thru with what he said he was going to do!
