I own a printing company. In 2006 my company provided printing for Harbor Style Magazine and Zadiggle. We printed over $25,000 worth of materials for Zadiggle and have yet to be paid. Mark Figueredo sold the Magazine and screwed over several people that were still owed money. This is all documented in case 2007CA11504NC in Sarasota County Circuit Court. There is no slander here, just facts. We were awarded a judgment against Mark Figueredo and have been trying to collect, however he is running scared from many people as I found out doing my research.
He has been charged in three foreclosures in Charlotte County(Case# 08003676CA, #08004353CA, and #09000017CA)
He has not payed his taxes to the county, case #08006302CA
He committed domestic violence against his wife and was arrested:
He doesn't pay child support to his child.
His driver's license has been suspended for over a year for failure to pay child support and reckless driving. The list goes on and on with this individual. Do not do business with Zadiggle or Mark Figueredo. He is a worthless con artist that will steal your money. Not sure where the money goes since he obviously doesn't pay for any debts he owes. I rest at night knowing that it is just a matter of time until it all catches up to him.
