Good morning to all ex-associates that have been ripped off by our own Tiran Zaken.Its un believable that this man keeps getting away with this scam. I guess he shall continue to laugh at us until something gets done about him.

I wonder if anyone recently has reported them to the "state attorney generals office of california". Or contacted the "BBB" of california. I have listed magazines in this ripp off report he advertizes in for more scam money. I have gotten the ball rolling with an attorney on the west coast to start a class action law suit against this evil doer.

I have been thinking of purchasing your magazine for some time now and notice, month after month, advertisements for the Zaken Company. Recently the name has been changed to the Zaken Corporation - he also changed his name from Tiran Zaken to T.Ron Zaken and he changed his subsidiary from Quick Sell Liquidators to Quik Sell Liquidations. He needed to make these changes because of pending lawsuits, people doing internet searches about him, etc. I signed up for a program through the Zaken Company aka Zaken Corporation. I spent $165.00 + long distance calls of $120.00 for this liquidation program only to find out this was just all a scam. There is a class action lawsuit against this Corporation and they are seeking monetary and criminal justice against this company. He has scammed over 20,000 people and continues to do so at this time. I'm not sure if you screen these home based business/internet companies or not.

On your computer - if you were to TYPE in your search column " Zaken Company " you will find hundreds of rip-off reports about his scam or visit www.RipOffReport.com and enter the Zaken Company. Listed below are all the agencies that were contacted with complaints by the thousands of people that joined the Zaken Company

Do you investigate companies that want to advertise in your publication? Is money that tight that you can not help stop this company from ripping off thousands of people? Do you need the money that bad? I shall not recommend your magazine to anyone until you take a better look at this company.

I feel your magazine is part to blame and I think you need to re-evaluate your advertising system. I am very sorry for writing you this letter but if you shall not help stop home base business/internet scams, who will? I would appreciate your response on this matter asap.
