Hi has anyone else had Zakheim and Associates Credit Card Debt Consolidation Attorneys in Ft Lauderdale Florida do a Bad Serve of a Summons?

They had a Process Server leave a credit card debt summons at the door in the middle of the night when we were asleep. The Process Server lied for Zakheim on their Return of Service where the process server must leave a copy at the courthouse. We went to the courthouse and made a copy of it. Process Server said that they served it to a person that lived in the house over 15yrs and explained the contents of the summons and the Process Server signed it to be true and correct.

That never happened. We go to bed early. They said they left it at 11pm. We were long asleep by then. They totally lied. This is illegal to leave a summons. It must be given to the person in person only.

So Zakheim and Associates attorneys and process servers are liars and don't follow the law. This is illegal.

Has this happened to anyone else?

In the summons, there is not any verification that this is even my account. I don't recognize the name of the company and don't know who they are, but they are suing me, saying I owe a debt.

The summons did not have any signed contract or any other proof that this alleged account is mine.

In the past I did get calls from Zakheim and Associates that were breaking every FDCPA law. Refusing to identify themselves, calling before 8am or after 9pm, calling excessively over and over, etc. Calling a neighbor, etc.

I didn't recognize the name of the company that says I owe a debt and Zakheim refused to show me any proof that the alleged debt was mine.

Now I was illegally served a summons.

I found numerous Credit Card Debt Forums, and Zakheim and Associates is suing everyone apparently, regardless if they have proof or not. Many are being sued for debts that are not theirs.

I was told by a helpful consumer lawyer to respond to the summons on the 20th day to the court, and tell the Judge that I need to see a copy of the Original Contract that I signed and copies of all alleged statements.

The consumer lawyer said if Zakheim doesn't have a copy of the Original Signed Contract for the credit card with my own signature, then the Judge will dismiss the case. Said this will work for anyone being sued for credit card debt or any type of debt. A signed contract must be shown to the Judge or the case will be dismissed by the Judge.

The Consumer Lawyer said all the credit card banks are suing everyone and most people don't know to ask to see the Original Signed Contract, so the credit card banks are making a lot of money off people, by suing for debts that don't even belong to them.

Or file for Bankruptcy and you don't have to pay any of the credit card debt, judgements, etc.
