I bought a Citizens Gol plated watch and a 2 year maintenance agreement. I brought the watch in for repair just befire the maintenance agreement ran out. There were scratches on the crystal. I got the watch back after waiting 5 weeks for the repair. 3 weeks after the watch was returned to me the Crystal they repared fell off completely and was lost.

I broght the watch back and thet sent it back to where it was fixed. After another months time, the watch was returned to me but when I got it home the watch was not going.

I was fuming at this point. I called the store and told them about the watch. They told me to bring it back and they will send out again and have a new battery installed. My wife dropped it off and the store called back 2 hours later and told me the watch was ready to be picked up. Apparently they had a local jeweler in the mall replace the battery. When I got the watch back it was not WORKING.

I called the store and they told me to bring it back. 4 times the watch was brought in for repair and they would not replace the watch. They wanted me to wait for them to send it out and wait for a check from the maintenace agreement company instead of just giving me a store credit. I gave up and threw the watch away. I lost time, gas, and $ 125.00 for the watch.

Reminds Me Of My Sears Days

AUTHOR: Cory - (U.S.A.)

"I brought the watch in for repair just BEFORE the maintance agreement ran out". "They would not replace the watch". "They wanted me to wait for them to send it out and wait for a check from the maintance agreement company instead of just giving me a store credit". You state, after almost two years, "there were scratches on the crystal". That was your repair? That's why YOU had them send it off for 5 weeks. Then the crystal "fell off" after 3 more weeks? Then they send it back, again and when it returns, it's not working. They have a local jeweler install a battery. You state you called them from home and they told you to bring it back. Was it working when you picked it up?
