I ordered from this company on May 14th 2013 - and still have not received my order. Unbelieveable. I spent $660.00 and paid at time of order. It is inexcusable to take 5 months and all I have received is half hearted responses to my inquiries. I simply can not understand how they are still in business. I am in a service related field and I can tell you. This would never be tollerated. I believe that I have been vvery patient with these people but that has now been exhausted.

I would never ever recommend that anyone purchase from Zara Wigs. They are theifs and liars and we do not deserve it!

Here it is mid February and I am just now recieveing my order from May 14th of last year! Really? Not even a word of apology or explaination for the incredibly slow service. One could concieve and give birth faster.

I have to add that the wig does not even resemble what I ordered. I would never ever ever recommend this company. Stay Away from Zara Wigs and Nala and Company!
