Ordered one (1) off color greeting card on 12-27-2009 (Sun) on line through their web site. Product not shipped until 01-02-2010 and received on 02-05-2010. Item was incorrect and for another customer. NO phone nr. list on included invoice? After much navigation problems, I sent an email and received a response in three (3) hours with a phone nr. to call. Called and got CS. CS reviewed order and my note was not located or available. The card was to have a printed note inside. Requested a Manager and only got a "Floor Lead" person. He was very adept at deflecting my questions such as why no phone number available and even not on  the invoice. Agreed that the shipping time was excessive. I complained about the web site not being "user friendly' to no avail. Requested general managers name and was refused since "this is a privately held company." He offered to to send me the correct card overnight mail. The mail has been delivered and no card! I think they are operating a "smoke & mirrors" operation. Most likely they stock nothing and simply act as a promoter.
