I was checking out the Zbiddy website who had a lot of $5 gift cards for popular fast food restaurants. I had 25 free bidding tokens that I used to purchase bids on one of these cards.
I won and signed up for the website. Fine.
There was a button that said PRICING AND SHIPPING INFO.
When I clicked it.. I was automatically charged for 215 Bids that I DID NOT WANT at $79.99!!!
That's not reviewing purchase information!!!
The website switched from zbiddy.com to unlockyourlock.com during the transaction and I did not realize it.
I clicked the CONTACT US link. Of course.. No phone number attached, just an address and an Internet form.
I filled out the form and received an error saying "We've received your purchase. Please contact customer support regarding your order."
Needless to say I'm screwed. Even though I contacted my bank less than five minutes after the charges were made, I was told that they have to wait up to 90 days for the merchant to respond to a fraud claim.
I got totally screwed.
