Zenni Optical Worthless Progressives! Cannot see at all California California

I gave Zennioptical a try after getting 2 family recommendations. Since they have both been using them for years, I thought it was worth the try.

Wrong choice! I wear Trifocals, progressive, frameless. They got it wrong with the first 2 orders, they blamed both problems on me of course. 

I spoke with a person as I made one last try. He gave me a coupon for the purchase price of the last pair they got wrong. So I did exactly as he said, word for word and tried one last time.

Guess what- Still Wrong! I took this pair to my normal optician and she verified that the prescription was correct but I could only see out of one field of view. 

I contacted Zenni Optical with the information I received and I was "informed" about how the progressives lens works. As if I did not know.

I informed them that I have been wearing progressives for more than 10 years and I did not appreciate the assumption that I did not know anything about them.

I'm returning them today for their usual 50% refund. So that means I have spent over $100 on glasses that I cannot use. Basically, I gave them money for absolutely nonthing in return!
