Zenni Optical Per live chat ordered "frames only" arrived - no tool, no directions - live chat again did not know, hung up Internet
"live chat" my frame broke - 30 days you are out of warrinty OK what do I do " order frame only, they will send tool needed to install lenses - OK. Order arrived - no tool, no instructions. New "live chat" with Jade - stated problem, was asked to hold so Jade could ask someone what I should do. Jade came back, after quite some time, asked if the frame had a screw on the temple side - went to look, sent answer and Jade had ended chat. Opened new chat was told "wait time was 30+ minutes". Sent the following "chat message" "What terrible service, your chat person (Jade) leaves a conversation which is on going, then when I try to reestablish another live chat I am told there is a 30 minute wait. I am glad my wife did not order her glasses the other day, nor will ever order another anything again from Zenni. John
P.S. No one from Zenni tried to get back to me after I sent the above!
