Zenni Optical Company is a FRAUD Novati, California

I purchased glasses on line with this company. You are required to submit your prescription to them after picking out your frames.  I had just had glasses made at a private optician so I used the new prescription to order from Zenni. The prescription I received on the glasses I ordered was completely inaccurate. It took several weeks and emails to establish an RA number, resend the prescription several times, which they kept losing and the agents I called were very rude. They offered a fifty percent refund, which is their standard policy. I had to pay return shipping to return the glasses for an examination, upon which their lab called to tell me it was correct and they could not do any further service for me.  The frames I purchased were available at the local discount store for half the price I paid. This company is a rip off
