Bought the Zero Water Filter Pitcher- first time out of the box it did not even come close, the in box meter tested my tap at 200 ppm and the filtered water at 180 ppm. So I took it back to the store of purchase and they gave me another. This time the filtered water came out 000 ppm BUT only up to 10 gallons. Called the manufacturer and got he run around about my tap water and this and that and blah blah and even rec'd 2 extra filters from the manufacturer. Well my tap water on their meter consistently shows 200ppm and after only 10 gallons and 4 filters later the result is still only 10 to 12 gallons per filter. Assuch, the advertising for this product is false.

If you can get steam distilled water in the grocery store for a dollar a gallon ( it tests 000 ppm on the zero meter) then that is cheaaper than buying filters.
