I came across this during my search and the other Report on this website, where the individual had exactly the same experience I did. Cunning Thieves!!! Don't believe their quotes, they give cheap prices, once they've got your money you are lucky to get anything back from them, no reply from emails or even telephone calls. I recently did some research into finding a supplier for the Slimming Factor G1 Pills which I have been ordering for the last 8 years from the same  Chinese supplier, however they are no longer in business so unfortunately I was obliged to seek an alternative company.  Many of the website I browsed requested a written format to make an enquiry regarding their products so  I received three or four different emails over the next few days including Haohong Importers & Exporters.  Their quote, including free shipping, was very attractive and almost 50% less than the next best.  Before placing an order I wrote back to the person who signed the email (Erica Farren) asking her to confirm their price as I thought they may have made a mistake - however she replied, assuring me that as they were the manufacturer of these pills and as they worked on a small margin they could offer a lower price than other merchants.

So  I then sent them US$180 in full payment for 40 boxes, including shipping.  I received a confirmation email from Erica advising of the receipt of the money and despatch of my order and a tracking number.  I was shocked to see the size of the package when it arrived, as it was smaller than a shoe box!  so  I knew there could not be 40 boxes inside, in fact there were only 5.  Again via emails I communicated with Erica who eventually wrote saying although she had sent 40 boxes to their shipping agent only 5 boxes could be sent as the shipper had put up their prices.

I wrote to Erica once again pointing out I had her written quote and it was not my fault if she had misquoted or that their shipping agent had made a decision without contacting Erica before hand.  At first I still  thought I was dealing with an honourable company and that a mistake had been made during the process and that one of the more senior managers within the company would rectify the situation.  I have telephone three times so far and asked to speak to a manager or director but I am always told there is no one to speak to and the last time the female on the other end simply put the phone down on me.  Then I read the other report on this site regarding Zhejiang Haohong Importers & Exporters and recognised exactly the same scenario except the other poor customer didn't receive anything at all.

I recommend checking out any information such as address or phone numbers and see if they match the information regarding the company I have had the misfortune to deal with as it seems they carry a wide range of products and call themselves different names.

I intend to keep trying their phone number and also write to the Chinese International Economics & Trade Arbitration Commission in Beijing to see if they would be willing to assist in this matter.
