Ziggymart.com - Gel GRP they stole my money and I never received my merchandise rutland, Massachusetts

I placed an order @ ziggymart.com for my brothers b day as a gag gift. I ordered 2 dugouts from this website and they were very quick to process the payment from my credit card. After a week I started to inquire about why I hadn't got the merchandise that I ordered online. I emailed the company as well as I tried to call there customer service. When you call customer service the call goes to a voicemail box and says the mailbox is full. I finally got a response from a gentlemen at the company by the name John Petrie that told me to please bare witht them they had some items on backorder. I explained to the gentlemen through email that I had ordered the merchandise for my brothers birthday which had now passed. I asked him if they would be unable to send the merchandise within 2 days that I would prefer to just get my money back. I never received a response and now I have had to resort to this. Buyers beware this company is a rip off and I hope enough people complain and ccorrective action is taken against this company that takes hard working peoples money.
