I signed up for the monthly billing for their basic website for Realtors and it is not working due to some technical difficulties they are having.  I asked the Billing Department to change my billing date to the date that this issue is finally resolved as I do not have access to a site that I paid for and I was told they could not do that as it is on automatic billing.  They charged my credit card right away, but can not change my start date to the date that this is fixed.  When I asked to speak to management I was told management does not take calls and they were unable to help me. This is one of the reasons why I don't work with Zillow as they love to take your money as an agent, but it is very difficult to get it back when they are in the wrong. We as agents should not allow Zillow to take over our internet marketing the way that they have until they learn how to treat the hand that feeds them.

Some advice to possibly get money back

AUTHOR: Xanthor - (USA)

POSTED: Friday, February 24, 2017

It's too late for chargebacks being this is over 60 days. Being your in California, you have another option to getting your money back and even the date possibly changed. Use small claims court. In california small claims court, no one can use attorneys so Zillow cant bully you with them. If the loss is under $5,000, go online to your county court and download form SC-100. Fill it out and send them an email letting them know your about to file. When they see the paper, most of the time these companies don't want to go to court, especially if they cant use their attorneys and will end up correcting the issue. Should they not respond, gather all evidence, like emails or letters they sent proving there was no service, and go to your local county court and file the small claims. The fees start around $45 and go up depending on how much you are suing for. I do a lot of business every year with a lot of companies, and some of them do try scamming me. I send an average of 20 non filed subpoenas for small claims each year showing I intend to take them to small claims. 18 out fo the 20 most of the time know they are in the wrong and without their attorneys face the chance of losing a lot more so do their best to fix the problem. There are always 2 that don't and I end up going to court which by me has been about 2 hours, not those 8 hour waits. Don't make the mistake of calling them and saying your going to sue. Theyll just ignore you because 99.9% of the people who call and say this never do. When they see that non filed court paper, they tend to pannic because they see you took the time to do this and will most likely file so fix the problem before they lose even more money. I hope this works out for you, and good luck =)
