On May 23rd, 2010, Mark Clyburn and associate Josh of Zirpak Productions sent trucker from Houston out to our company - Grandma's Barrels to pick up 100 barrels at $15.00 each.  They sent us an overnight check which bounced.  They then wrote another check which bounced also. 

We have continuously tried to collect our money from them and all we get are lies about how they have wired the money and it should be there.  I have called our bank MANY times only to find out that they did not do what they said.  It is now June 24th and we have still not received our money or our barrels.  We have even given them the chance to pay this out. 

My suggestion to anyone who wants to work with and receive quality service is to stay away from ZIRPAK PRODUCTIONS LLC.

The owner, who is metioned above, did contact me in reagrds to my post. He was highly upset and aggitated that I had done such a thing. After a long somewhat heated discussion we have come to a conclusion. He has aggreed to meet with me to talk things over. He has civilized about this and has aggreed to pay me what I am owed from working with his comapny.

Hello, my name is Katherine

I still work with the company but only because Marq has yet to fire me. Let me tel you my side of this entire Zirpak scam. I started working for marq about the start of the month answering calls, the only calls we got were "marq ows me money" or "your company is deliquent", i asked him to move me to another position because I couldnt handle the threatining calls, and people showing up to our office demanding to be paid. I talked to marq about this, he keeped saying its nothing, that these people are looking for his ex co worker friend who used to work for the company that made fradulaent checks. He said he doesnt owe anyone. I began to put the peices together. Marq held a team meeting, and said the name of the company is going to change from zirpak to Axzis, and we were going to move locations. We moved locations about 2 weeks later off 610, and I went to work and he changed the company name to Axzis tax ID:273165820. Than last week i came in to work, and the business is no longer there, i called him up he said he closed it down. At first he was paying me ontime and with a check, but after the second check, he started paying me in cash, and a week after payday, and now hes stoped paying me all together. I have to constently txt him because he wont answer my calls, and when he does answer he says he has to call me back and he doesnt give me time to say a word, hell hang up and never return my calls. It is very hard to get my paycheck. He would txt me saying "I am trying katherine, I am doing my best to pay you" or he would say he transfered it into my bank account, but when u check my account there was no money from him. My last 3 pay periods he has been very late to pay, and he always has an excuse, and hes favorite is " i wired it to your account already you should have it". This last time, i had to meet him at chase bank off 610 and buffalo speedway, which is very close to his office to get my money, i had to meet him at 6 pm, which made me very uncomfterble. I shouldnt have to beg for whats owed to me. When i met him this past friday, he only have me a portion of my check, he said he would pay me tomorrow, well tomorrow came and hes ignoring my calls and txts. He owes me 600.00, there is a long list of people/companies he owes money to. I know I will never see the rest of my paycheck, but I am doing my best to let others know what type of man he is. He still hasent told me he no longer needs me or that I am fired, the way hes letting me know is by not paying me and ignorning all calls. If I can be of any help to anyone whos trying to get a hold of him, please email me. Thank you for your time.

My company is having the same issues with Zirpak and Mark. Do you happen to have their new address? They moved as of last week and are refusing to release their information. It's a long shot, but hoping you can help.

2. did you pay with two checks that bounced __yes/no____

3. have you payed for them yet __yes/no____

You guys are remarkable and a bunch of liars. Take this to the DA as we are also for slander! We have tried and are trying to work with you and after being in business 12 years all we have is 2 reports. enough said. Again this will be settled, but we notice you have some on here to? Wow who is ripping off who?

I am telling the truth. The first check zirpak sent for $1500.00 on 5-26-2010 check #074333 was returned for insufficent funds. The second check zirpak sent for $1500.00, check #074358 also was returned for the same reason. Then i was promised they would wire the  money.I even offered to take payments to helpthem out. After waiting and no money and more excuses, i may have been a little rude but whos to blame me.  ZIRPAK make this right and pay your bills and stop ripping people off.


I have included photos of the two checks that bounced  This should show who's telling the truth

We have turned both situations over to our county DA office, then maybe they can catch up with you and put in jail where you belong.

This item is totally false. We have made many attempts to send a wire to this gentlemans account, but under his own admission he does not have a business account just a personal account. We  take our reputation very seriously and we will again attempt to rite his error regardless of how rude he is!
