Let me try to explain what happen....

To start with I am a movie buff.. So I thought I would join this website, which offers online movie service of old movies and so forth, the siteis http://www.zml.com/. They offered a a 1 day trial at 0.99 and would bill you for $39.90 if you decide to go past the one day trail period. Well instead of billing me the 0.99 cents they billed me the full month right away. So I immediately canceled my subscription, but have not heard from them or gotten any type of correspondence from them at all. I still have the charge against my account well standing instead of refund.

As I see it this is a fraudulent act, for there should have been 2 charges one for 0.99 cents and one for $39.90, if I decided to go past the 1 day trial period, if I decided that they provided what I was looking for. The way they did this whole thing is wrong, for I didn't get the 1 day trial to check them out before committing to their service, but instead they are taking out the whole month right away, which is to me a fraudulent way of getting you signed up, as well as charging you not what they are saying they will charge (0.99 cents) only, but a different amount which equals to a month subscription, which is not suppose to be charge till you go past the 1 day trial period.

I sincerely hope you can help with this, or direct me to someone who can. If we don't stand up to the skimmers' and scammers on the internet then this will go on to ruin it for the honest people that use it to get their service or product out to the world. At least to block sites like this, enough times that they get annoyed enough to move on to some other skim to rob people of their hard earned money.
