Zodiac Trucking Over The Road Trucking Company Paying Top Wages 9.78 What a Joke Antioch Illinois

My husband John took a job for a company from Antioch IL. To make a long miserable two weeks short it was a disaster. Everything he was told was a lie.

To begin he left on a Greyhound bus going to Iowa for orientation for two days, not so bad. Then he left on another bus going to IL. to pick up his truck, when he arrived truck was still tore a part, the owner knew he was coming on this day for one week before hand. Finally he left on Wednesday night to pick up his first load, well he waited till about 4:00 P.M. to get loaded Thursday evening going from IL to Atlanta GA. He was given 100.00 at a time on a Fleet One card for fuel. The truck stayed broke down more than in use. He delivered this load on time.

It was supposed to be a first come first serve on the loading process. The next load was loaded Tuesdat night in GA and be delivered in Mississippi the next day and so he did this. Sound good well that was all the loads he recieved. The dispatcher would call him and tell he had a load the call straight back and he it had been given away.

As far as the pay goes. He was supposed to get paid every Friday after noon. His loads had to be turned in before midnight on the Tuesday before payday, so he did all this. He had figurged his pay to be around 1000.00 well it was far from this. For two weeks he cashed his check and it was for 137.00 that is less than 10.00 per day. I am not a genius but I can figure out the math for that one.

My husband was lied to and played from these people. Todd Lazansky called on Friday to tell him that he was paying him part of his pay when my husband told him he was quitting he said if John would bring the truck back to IL he would pay him the rest. How stupid do these people think we are. It cost us more for him to work for this company than he made. Once he took the truck back it was going to cost another 160.00 to get a bus back.

Todd's mother called later to tell John that CRST Malone had frozen all their assets. Todd couldn't buy food for his own house well what do they think is going on at our house.
