The zoo takes your credit card when you sign up. Watch out they will bill you even when your membership is up and you are on a month to month basis. This is what Unfortunately happened to me. 

They hold you hostage till you come in the gym and sign a piece of paper stating you are cancelling. Redic.

The  front desk person (Shawn) went on to tell me there is still another months fee!

They got great legal advise but you get screwed!

There  should be a class action lawsuit for lying and not being upfront with the he contract.

I never received an email, text or call concerning my membership.

Oviedo Zoo you should be ashamed of the way you do business and taking advantage of customers.

Stay away!
