January 6, 2004. Being happy for shipping overseas, I ordered an item from ZooScape.com. The expected delivery date was 10-15 days overseas. My Card has been charged immediately. After several e-mails, I received an answer from them, stating that the item will be shipped with a few more days delay, because the factory is late with it.
February 20, 2004. The homepage states that the item has been shipped to me.
March 12, 2004. I still haven't received the ordered item. A few days ago, I was contacted by them asking if everything is OK. I replied: not at all. I asked them to track the shipment, whether it was lost in the mail somewhere. No reply.
March 22, 2004. I sent them another mail, asking for a refund.
March 31, 2004. I still haven't received the shipment, nor a refund. Furthermore, they don't reply to my e-mail.
It is about $50, so I really don't understand whether it is worth them to get a bad critics for this amount...

After thoroughly reviewing this case, I have found that the order this customer placed with us on January 6th, 2004 was, in fact, received according to the customer on April 9th, 2004.
During the above timeframe, we did maintain constant contact with this customer, understanding that this was an overseas shipment and due to that fact, may take longer to arrive.
We did request that they wait a certain period of time for the receipt of their purchase, as due to current precautions taken with customs and international shipments, it may take a little bit longer. If they had not received it, we most certainly would have refunded the entire amount of their purchase.
However, as of today, April 23rd, 2004, we did receive an email confirmation from the customer that their order did arrive on April 9th, 2004.
We are very pleased at this result and appreciate their patience and understanding. We also look very forward to having the opportunity to serve them again in the future!
