zoosk Stole a bunch of money off of my credit card... i signed up for a one month membership and i noticed that nothing was working properly so i tried to cancell but i could not log back in to my account. Internet

i signed up on zoosk for a one month membership and when i noticed that it wasn't working properly i tried to cancel but for some reason i couldn't log back in,  i tried reseting my password but no luck.

i ended up emailing customer service and stated that i wanted my money back and that i was finished. As i work out in the bush and remote places, i lost contact for a long while. Then about two years later i found out that zoosk had been billing my credit card 29.95 per month for the last two years. i emailed customer service again but never got anywhere. i even asked them if they would consider giving me subscription credit cause i figured i would give it another try and they declined. i figure they got about six hundred dollars off of me. i actually phoned my credit card provider at that first time and told them to not allow zoosk anymore charges but for some reason they continued to do so.. they are also getting deleted.
