Zow.com took my money to do a website and disappeared. Fountain Valley California

I needed to have a website done for me so I found Zow.com online. I called and they were very friendly on the phone and I was pleased with them so I set up an appointment to meet up with Marc Seely, the owner of the company.

When I got to the office, I was amazed.. very well decorated and looked like a established company. The Front desk ask me to please seat and wait. I waited in the waiting room and shortly later I was led in to his office.. that's where I met the biggest crook in the internet business

The meeting lasted for an hour or so and at the end I was so impressed with what he had said and the company, I handed him the full cash amount to the project, and off course come to realize it was a big mistake!! Marc told me at the end of the meeting that he will have mike, Robert or Will finish the project for me in less then 2 weeks.

2 weeks passed by and I heard nothing from them and I check the domain online and the website was not done at all.. I waited a few more days and then called. No one answered the phone. , I emailed everyone in the company and no one responded I got real frustrated and drove to the office the next day. When I got there no one was there, the office was empty, the lights were off, the doors all locked.. I was knocking on the doors when a near by business came and told me that this week I was the tenth guy trying to find them and that it seem like they set up a company under a simple domain, take peoples money and disappear..

I tried to call Marc Seely on every phone number I could find, but I never talked to him or seen him after I gave him the money I tried to talk to his employees, but they to stop returning my calls and did not do the project. In fact they kept on saying they don't know where he is and that he owes them money as well . Zow.com and Marc Seely are a web development fraud company. In fact I found out later that in the office on the wall all the certifications in Marc Seely name were fake and that he actually does not know how to design websites. Please be aware of this company and its owner. He also owns a hair saloon in the same region..
