Cannot find any providers within 70 miles that are available. Most on their lists are no longer in their PPO. Said they have not updated their PPO network in two years. My claim handler does not return my questions about claim process, lied 5 times in two weeks about disability check being sent out. Refused to give me a list of providers they have paid...so far none and I am receiving collection agency notices. Told my provider that they accept their services with 100% pay. Then a week later said they do not, and a month later said they cannot accept bills that I submit to the company as stated in their policy for me to do. Weeks later (today) my provider stated I must pay in advance. I had them contact Zurich and they then stated YES we do cover the insured with you. However we have stopped disability payment becuase we have no monthly disability report. And will cancel his policy if you do not give us the report ina couple days. (Zurich will not tell you they have stopped payment), you have to find out for yourself.  Now after 4 FOUR phone calls from my provider to Zurich they finally presented the information to submit the bills. However the Branson urology department said it will take up to ten days to submit the form, and it costs ME ten dollars for them to present information to my insurer. In less than ten days Zurich will cancel my policy because 1. they refuse to answer requests of questions on how to submit the monthly disability report, 2. In 3 phone conferences with my provider they did not present any policy information or process to submit these forms. Like I said Zurich no longer accepts my faxed in submissions for help, billing or problems. THey are forcing my account into default.
I have to spend over 250 dollars a month just to drive to their nearest available doctor and I live in a city over 100,000
They will lie to you and I recommend recording every call you have with them as this will come back to haunt them. Because they lie like a rug. They have no intentions of paying you money. I am supposed to get paid disability every 4 weeks. THe first check came after 7 weeks and my second has been now 13 weeks and counting, they have not even tried to call me or inform me except that if I do not present the form..which is the responsibility of the provider I will be cancelled.
The claim handler allowed me to send in ,my half of the form, thus relieving my liability, but the provider has not. This is why you must record everything. Criminals hate that, and so do police departments who are corrupt.

Listen I knew that they were going to be a problem when I read the name of the first doctor on their PPO      Dr. Tom Collins 420 High Street.!! yes it was outdated list, like most. Obviously run by organized crime/free masons to still be in business after all the lawsuits.
