Realtors Beware....if you are looking to have an auto responder for your clients, do not sign up with Zurple. They are supposed to work in conjunction with Zillow, but my experience is they do not.

my  Zillow shows 170 leads in two months, Zurple shows 11....

1. you have to manually import all your leads - what a huge waste of time.

2. they claim you will get better responses with their campaigns than your own - I didnt get a single response from any email sent by Zurple. 

3. I had them import several leads (over 1,000) into their system - till didn't get any responses. 

4. now after 2-3 months, and HuNreDs of DollaRS....I "cannot get out of my contract".  Even if they fail?

 If you want to waste your money - just sign up with them.  You will pay several hundred dollars, and maybe someone will respond.  If you want a great followup system - try Follow Up Boss - they import from all you sources, and get an 85% response rate - that's better than mine personally. 

 Do not make the same mistake I did.....stay away from Zurple - there are other wonderful companies that deliver!

I am curious, you posted the complaint and on the same day a solution from Zurple. What happened? What solution did Zurple provide you. 

I am a un-happy customer of zurple currently...

So, haveing gotten in touch with persons in Zurple in a position to make decisions, I have been contacted, offered a solution, and am no longer the angry agent that wrote this warning.  They were kind and understanding, and answered within minutes!  Carole took the time to look through all the documentation, and offered me solutions that we both could live with.  I appreciate her understanding and willingness to listen and respond.  I felt heard and validated, which is hard to say about big companies these days. 

My main regret is with RipOff reports.  Having come to a positive conclusion with Zurple, I am not able to take down the report.  You sign away your rights to authorship and give RipOff the rights when you write these reports, and they are not legally required to remove them.  So, the only way a company can repair their tarnish is to write a rebuttal.  I understand their concern for the little guy being bullied by the big guys into removing bad press, but you need to know - that's not what happened here.  No bullying or threats, just calm problem solving with both parties considered. 

RipOff is kind of like a bad tatoo.  Good idea at the time, but you cannot change your mind......Un-Angry Agent
