You did not read through the sign up form in its entirety when purchasing your product.

If you receive a monthly charge to your account for a product, then you signed yourself up as a Preferred Customer with an autoshipment. On the customer sign up form, there is an option you can select if you do not wish to become a Preferred Customer, but would like to make a one-time purchase.

The Preferred Customer Terms & Conditions specifically state:

"As a Preferred Customer I understand the monthly fee will be renewed automatically unless I notify the Company either by calling Customer Service at 713-464-5002 or by providing written notification to billing@zurvita.com before monthly autoship renews. I also understand that as a Preferred Customer I will be enjoying a monthly fee that is less than retail price of the same product."

Again, you did not read through the sign up form in its entirety when you purchased your product.

The 30-day Money Back Guarantee specifically states:

"First time orders of a Zeal Wellness Canister (30 day supply) come with a 30-day money back guarantee. This does not include the Zeal Weight Management Products (Zeal Burn, Zeal Cleanse, Zeal Advanced Formula Protein Shakes, and Zeal Weight Management Program) or other Zeal Wellness Options. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your experience, simply contact the Zurvita Consultant who sold you your initial order and return any unused portion of the Zeal Wellness canister to the Consultant within 30 days of the initial purchase date. The Consultant will refund the purchase price of your product, less any shipping or handling costs."

You obviously purchased the Zeal Weight Management Products, as you mentioned in your report that "...the product does not really work you can even look at their video they use to promote product no one in video has lost weight..."
