A relatively new den of scammers calling themselves Zurvita have recently popped up charging reps $350 to join a site they replicated from cashbacksaver.com They try to charge $20 a month for the site which is completely free to everyone. The company gives enrolees 3 days to back out of the rep agreement even though they tell you that there is a 30 day money back guarantee. It's an MLM with some goofy personal assistant you can call & some other free stuff from the internet thrown in. The manager of the thing was a big MLM'er in some other company and brought his downline into this sham. Won't last long.

3rd Party Rebuttal

POSTED: Thursday, September 19, 2013

I have used the zurvita products. And I know some of the reps personally. They are great people and have a great company. The product helped me sustain my health. The company itself is a representation of the reps. You can't hate a company for a rep screwing you over.

Research is important

AUTHOR: notzurviduh - (United States of America)

POSTED: Monday, October 18, 2010

I don't "hate" zurvita.  I'm just helping to guide others in legitimate research of this company.  As with any business venture, its important to make sure that you know what you're getting into.  A representative of the company is the absolute worst place to get your information from.

Therefore, I like to provide honest, viable, important, unbiased details that I have come across in my own research.  To not pass along that information would be irresponsible.  I am not a representative of this company, and as such, the information I do pass along is untainted by any form of personal gain.  In my opinion there are a LOT of things about this company that simply do not add up.  (Most notably, the financial situation of zurvita.)  This is a publicly traded company and there is a lot of information available.  I shouldn't be chastized for pointing out that information.

"F" rating? Really? Looks different...

AUTHOR: - (USA)

POSTED: Monday, October 18, 2010

" notzurviduh - anytown ", what do you have against Zurvita? Do you hate Z so much? What have they done to hurt you?

Ratings, as in any company, goes up and down. F today and A tomorrow. That is the way it is.

FYI, as of today the rating is "C" - Oct 18th 2010

http://www.bbb.org/houston/business-reviews/insurance-health/zurvita-inc-in-houston-tx-90002589/

Usually a scam will have no products or services. That is the way to find out if it a scam.

This is a real company with real services. (I am a consumer of some of them). So it cannot be a scam.

Yes it does cost money like any legitimate business. Any home business or MLM would cost something. What we do is not a job. It is a "home business" There is no something for nothing here. It takes time, effort and dedication. If there is something for nothing... good luck and go for it!

Biggest promotions are going on and it is free (no upfront $99 enrollment) to join (accept to get the Biz Pak for $49.95/m)... which we all get. We are in the process of adding 10,000 new consultants in 120 days.

Make sure you research the correct "zurvita"

AUTHOR: notzurviduh - (United States of America)

POSTED: Thursday, October 14, 2010

I forgot to add:
When you do your own research of this company's BBB record, make sure you select the Zurvita located at 800 Gessner Road in Houston, Texas.  That's the locale of the corporate office.  There's another Zurvita listed with the BBB but its not the company we're discussing here on this forum.

Zurvita DOES have an "F" Rating

AUTHOR: notzurviduh - (United States of America)

POSTED: Tuesday, October 12, 2010

I'm not sure where you're getting your information from.
If you check the Better Business Bureau's web site, you'll see that Zurvita does in fact have an "F" rating.
While an "F" rating is a failing rating, anything less than an "A" rating should be considered as failing.
Again, do your own due diligence.  Check these things out for yourself.  Don't take anyone's word for it - especially a representative of this company!

To aid in research:
www(dot)bbb(dot)org/us/Find-Business-Reviews
Once you've entered that, in the "Business Name Window" Type Zurvita
In the "City Window" Type Houston
In the "State Window" Choose Texas

Condition of Zurvita

AUTHOR: Greg Mathews - (USA)

POSTED: Monday, August 23, 2010

There are many interesting perspectives written here. Some provide usable facts, others provide speculation, personal experiences, optimism and a variety of other subjective comments that should be considered when deciding whether or not to do business with Zurvita.

First, I am looking at Zurvita as a possible way to make some money. I'd prefer to not waste resources by paying up front fees that make-up a significant part of a corporations revenue. In that environment, experience tells me that membership becomes more important than the products and people that have already enrolled.

Seeking facts, I have confirmed two things that concern me:

1) The latest SEC filing (prepared by Vurtiva's CFO) reveals that the company is losing money badly. Over 7 million dollars in the most recent reporting period. Management's comments included several disturbing but revealing comments that I would suggest that folks read. One point was that they don't see methods of raising finances at the moment to overcome the multimillion dollar shortfall. The second was that special emphasis will be placed on collecting enrollment fees (the website says $349 as of this writing, plus a number of options that could increase that amount).

In short, the company has financial troubles and they are mounting according to the numbers reported to the SEC. A push by Zurvita to increase enrollment fees appears to be the perceived savior by management. Indeed, by the end of April 2010 you can see the revenue rise slightly but the expenses remained disproportionately high.

2) BBB rated Zurvita as an "F" in the early days of 2010. I confirmed this by voice with the BBB. However, many of the complaints were not responded to and dismissed (exact number not obtained but the BBB representative said there were "dozens if not hundreds"). 16 complaints were negotiated and resolved through the BBB system. Currently, the BBB is rating Zurvita, Inc (Houston, TX) at a C+ due to the previous complaint activity and current financial reports.

On the positive side, Zurvita has taken steps to cleanup past problems and monitor their BBB profile. Certainly this contributed to the BBB raising their rating and adding the "+" to show optimism.

I encourage people who want to make an investment (of money, time, dreams) in Zurvita to take a look at the SEC filing and read it as thoroughly and objectively as possible. Remember, it is Zurvita's CFO who prepared it.

Zurvita has some problems from the fact that are available. It doesn't seem like a scam, but rather an MLM that requires anybody associated with it to be cautious.

While energy sales may be new to Zurtiva, it's not new to many states in the US and there's a lot of details and statistics available. Texas, for example, has been compiling 3rd party energy sales statistics since 2002.

Zurvita does "not" have an F rating with the BBB

AUTHOR: Malene - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, August 11, 2010

Zurvita has a few hundred thousand customers. In the last 12 months they have had 16 complaints with the BBB and all of them resolved to the complainers satisfactions. They have no false advertisement or misleading sales practices reports against them.

They have a C+ rating. I am not sure why it is so low given how complaints has been handled, and how relatively few complaints there are.

Sometimes the BBB does not give higher ratings early in a company's history, maybe that is the reason.

Zurvita Holdings

POSTED: Sunday, March 14, 2010

Form 8-K Zurvita Holdings Oct. 16, 2009 talks about Zurvita's stock purchase and license agreement with Beyond Commerence regarding Localadlink's software.

The quotes stated by "Consumer" were statements that have appeared in Beyond Commerence 10Q filings in the past.

I'm curious how these numbers affect Zurvita the company?

Just the facts

AUTHOR: notzurviduh - (United States of America)

POSTED: Friday, January 29, 2010

Some of the data and statements in the original post are out dated and some of Zurvi-duh's policies have changed since then.
While the original post was not entirely accurate (and it was rebutted for being so) the jest of that post fairly correct.  A perspective recruit pays a significant fee to be a representative of the company, and earns a commission off of personal and downline sales.  I don't believe that everything Zurvi-duh offers is a value.  And given their financial status, I'd be worried about their long term stability.

Just researched the facts...

AUTHOR: The Truth - (United States of America)

POSTED: Thursday, January 28, 2010

I just looked up Zurvita.com on the internet and it looks like they have been around for a couple of years or so I am not sure why you labeled them a "new" den of scammers," but I am sure you have your reasons.  I am only here to speak the truth I have found through simple internet research anyone can do.

I went to the cashbacksaver.com site you expressed "everyone" could join for free.  If you have access to join this site can you please provide it?  I tried with all my might to register, but could not get registered as each time I tried to do so the site said I needed to provide a company ID which I don't have.  Through more research, it looks like cashbacksaver.com is some kind of Employee benefit program for large companies and does not appear to be "Free."

Next, I went to zurvita.com and there is no deal for a $20 shopping site.  It appears they offer multiple products where a "virtual mall" is just a part of the overall offering.  Through my research I found they offer a lot of different products with Electricity sales being one of them which I thought was interesting.

I have no information about the 3 day vs 30 day money back guarantee you speak of because I have not joined the program so I can not speak the "Truth" about this aspect of your post.  In short, I have a friend that wants me to get involved with Zurvita, and he has been very successful, so I decided to do my own research which was almost completed when I came across your report.

Please don't take it personally, but this is why I felt inclined to "rebuke" the inaccuracies of your report.  Feel free to rebuke any part of what I expressed above with Factual data we all can point to because at the end of the day I am only after one thing...  & that is The Truth for everyone to know!

I am not disgruntled...

AUTHOR: notzurviduh - (United States of America)

POSTED: Thursday, January 14, 2010

I have never been with this company.  But I do know people currently in it and I know people that have left it.  I have no agenda, other than to post facts about it so that others can make up their minds about Zurvita.  I do so with facts and truthful posts.
Those excerpts ARE from Zurvita's public records, and have absolutely NO mention of Local Ad Link or Beyond Commerce in it what-so-ever.
Those excerpts ARE from Zurvita's latest 10K filings with the SEC.
Based on Zurvita's public records, its obvious to me that that company is a sinking ship, and I think others deserve to know the state of the finances and outlook of this company before considering it as a business opportunity.
I'm sure there will always be people that don't like to look at the hard facts, and would rather bury their head in the sand and refuse to accept reality, but there are still a few people in this world that appreciate facts and figures.
But Like I said, Don't take my word for it.  Do your own due diligence.

not a report for the parent company

AUTHOR: digimarkent - (United States of America)

POSTED: Monday, January 11, 2010

I am an adoptee from Beyond Commerce's "LocalAdLink" . . . Zurvita purchased the product/tool/entity from Bob McNulty, the founder and designer of that product.  I am VERY happy to have joined the Zurvita Team and now able to offer this great tool to my business clients (with the backing of a TRUE business leader with integrity, wisdom and fiscal responsibility).

The report excerpt you included here is a verbatim selection from the original LocalAdLink (BYOC) report from 2009, so I believe you're reading into or transferring these financial statements from BYOC's poor money-management status to apply to Zurvita (who's not in that situation).

The product BYOC put together is phenomenal, but their management is dispicable.  THAT IS WHY ZURVITA BOUGHT THE SYSTEM:  a good deal for a great product driven by a new company who knows what they're doing (knows how to make it thrive).

See ya' at the top . . . or not (it's up to you).

Well, I wouldn't say they're going strong....

AUTHOR: notzurviduh - (United States of America)

POSTED: Sunday, January 03, 2010

In fact, according to the company's SEC filings, they seem to be in some very deep doo-doo.
Here are some excerpts from Zurvita's public records:

As discussed in Note 1 to the financial statements, the Company has suffered recurring losses from operations and has not generated sufficient cash flows from operations to meet its needs.  This raises substantial doubt about the Company's ability to continue

We have a history of significant losses and may not be profitable in the future and likely need significant additional outside funding to continue operating.

At July 31, 2009, the Company had positive working capital of approximately $647 thousand and an accumulated deficit of approximately $9.8 million.  For the seven months ended July 31, 2009, the Company had a net loss of approximately $3.5 million.

At October 31, 2009, the Company had positive working capital of approximately $1.3 million and an accumulated deficit of approximately $15.3 million.  For the three months ended October 31, 2009, the Company had a net loss of approximately $5.6 million.

We have a history of net losses and had an accumulated deficit of approximately $9.8 million through July 31, 2009.  We have historically generated significant net operating losses and negative operating cash flows.  We believe that without significant equity and/or debt investment from outside sources, we will not be able to sustain our planned operations for the next 12 months.
Such additional capital may not be available to us on acceptable terms or may not be available at all.  You should not rely solely on the public market valuation of the Company and the views of securities analysts and investors for assessing the operational, business and financial success of the Company. Fluctuations in our operating results or our inability to achieve profitability may cause volatility in the price of our common stock in the public market.

So to say that the company is going strong would appear to mean that either you have been grossly misinformed, (or outright lied to) or you simply have your head in the sand and refuse to do your own due diligence.

But don't take my word for it:

Zurvita is almost 2 yrs and going strong...

AUTHOR: Ryan - (USA)

POSTED: Wednesday, December 02, 2009

Well I am glad that people know we are real. Not like some other MLM company trying to make a quick buck and get away. I have come across some companies where they invest  $5k to join and get nothing to show for it. (Yes, you read that right).

I believe that Zurvita is blessed and the only way is for it to go up and prosper. I believe Zurvita is close to 8,000 reps now (Dec 1st). As we are also publicly traded, we got to know what we are doing, right?  lol

We have come a long way from where we started. We saw the company grow to what it is today and it is very strong and will become a giant.

On another note, our family has personally known Mr. Mark Jarvis for over 7 yrs. He is a man of integrity and character. Has a firm belief in doing what is right and best for the people and the growth of the company. He himself said he will "Pull any products out", which does not deliver on what it is supposed to do.

So my question is, are you doing to stand by and watch us succeed or actively participate in the success?

Any more questions? Feel free to call me and I will personally answer it.

Clarification on "Brought his downline into this sham"

AUTHOR: ConstantResearcher - (USA)

POSTED: Tuesday, December 01, 2009

I have been doing quite a bit of research on Zurvita.  I would like to comment on the statement "brought his downline into this sham."  According to public records, Mark Jarvis was sued by Ameriplan for breach of contract.  Zurvita is a public company, so it is easy enough to verify this information.  However, based on my research, there was a very restrictive clause in his contract that prohibited him from ever recruiting Ameriplan representatives.  Without getting into a debate over the rightness or wrongness of the clause, it is what it is.  The case was settled and Ameriplan was awarded damages.  I do not believe this incident necessarily means that he is without integrity or that Zurvita is a sham.  At the end of the day, what gives a company staying power is the strength and integrity of the entire management team, their dedication to the field representatives and customers and the strength of the products and services they provide.  Given that Zurvita is barely two years old, it still needs to prove its staying power.  However, considering that most network marketing companies fail in their first nine months, I'd have to say Zurvita must be doing something right...so far...

I wish you knew what you were talking about.

AUTHOR: Ryan - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, September 30, 2009

Hi folks.

Just wanted to comment on a couple of things.

"The manager of the thing was a big MLM'er in some other company and brought his downline into this sham."

(He is not the manager, he is the owner.)

What an amazing statement to make on something you have no clue about. the "Owner" of Zurvita did not call anyone and say, "Come on, I am starting something new". He left silently with best regards to his previous company. The leaders of many companies joined with him because they knew his heart is for people. Also anyone can start their own company. It is a free country right? :)

On that note, I was not in his down line... I left my nice income to become a part of  Zurvita. Scary but I am glad I did. We are happy to be with Zurvita and we are growing. If Zurvita was not growing then definitely it would be a scam. Which already answers your statement, ""It won't last long". So far.... pretty good and closing in on 10,000 consultants nationwide with the company.

Why would MxEnergy partner with us? They have been around for years. They could have chosen anyone else but they chose Zurvita! Why?

Mark has strong foundational beliefs. He made millions in the industry and is bringing it together to create one great company. Business owners of other great companies are coming together to build this great company. The question is, will you wish that you had joined in or just do what you are doing today for the rest of your life? The choice is yours.

Either join in and become part of the success or move aside and let us be what we will become.

God bless.

You Don't Know What You Are Talking About!

AUTHOR: Johnd - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, December 20, 2008

Scam-buster's criticism of Zurvita is out of ignorance. I think scam-buster either (1) was a marketing rep with Zurvita, but didn't do anything with the opportunity or (2) doesn't believe in working for oneself and would rather work to make someone else rich.

We have testimonials from people all over the country who did the work and actually retired because Zurvita helped them replace their income. I think you should ask those people if they think Zurvita is a sham. Here's some advice, before you go trashing a company that obviously you know very little about, you should do your homework.

Also, I'm sure you don't even know the name of the man and woman who walked away from a six figure income to start Zurvita. I noticed that in your criticism, the word "Manager" is highlighted. I clicked on it and some tax company came up. You really need to get ALL of the facts before you start ripping someone who has changed their lives thanks to Zurvita.

Facts referenced are not true!

AUTHOR: Jody Tallal - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, November 22, 2008

I am the CEO of the company that owns CashBackSaver.com, which is the company this person references in their post about Zurvita. I can personally attest to the fact that the following two statements are not true:

"Zurvita have recently popped up charging reps $350 to join a site they replicated from cashbacksaver.com. They try to charge $20 a month for the site which is completely free to everyone."

Please allow me address each of these two assertions independently. The first part states that Zurvita replicated a site from CashBackSaver.com. This is false because Zurvita could not replicate CashBackSaver.com as we own that platform, all of its code and all aspects of its technology. Our company builds Internet portals, and we current operate thirteen separate platforms that serve six different industries. We have several corporate clients that have paid us to develop platforms for their own application which utilize our proprietary technology. Zurvita is one of those clients, is in good standing with our company, and paid us to develop a portal for them.

The second statement that Zurvita is charging $20 for a site that is absolutely free to everyone is equally false. CashBackSaver.com is not a public site and cannot be accessed by the general public. It is a proprietary platform we built to serve our corporate customers. CashBackSaver.com is an employee benefit program which our corporate clients acquire from us to offer as an employee benefit for their employees.

All anyone needs to do to prove this is go to CashBackSaver.com is not completely free to everyone is to try to gain access to this portal. CashBackSaver.com does not advertize individuals, nor is there any way for someone from the general public to register for membership in this program without first possessing a unique Corporate ID provided to them by their company.

I can only suspect that because these two salient points in this person post are false, that the remainders of the assertions are equally suspect.

Zurvita is definitely for real.

AUTHOR: Greg Sheppard - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, October 10, 2008

I can tell you as an independent representative for Zurvita,
that this company is definitely for real. I not only have
earned my investment back immediately, but have used
the Care Saver card. I just paid $ 5 for a $ 25 gift certificate
to a restaurant we go to regularly.

The founder of Zurvita is Mark Jarvis who has an impeccable
reputation and left a 7 figure Residual income to start this company.

I got incensed when people don't understand the program and
are critical of a person I know personally.

It's a shame "Scam-buster" doesn't have their facts straight. I have been a rep with Zurvita since July. Their products are all designed to save consumers money and help protect their budgets. This is one of the few home bases business opportunities that has a chance to really make a difference in todays economy. I would hate to see people discouraged from taking a look at this because of inaccurate information. It has been a true blessing for me and my family. I know of nothing else that could have salvaged our financial situation like being introduced to this company and it's awesome leaders has.

Hopefully people will take a look for themselves and wonder, as I did, where "Scam-buster" got any of their conclusions. Being either a customer or a representative can benefit you and your family in a very positive way.

Zurvita FACTS

Scam-Buster, you did not get the truth when you wrote this report:
A relatively new den of scammers calling themselves Zurvita have recently popped up charging reps $350 to join a site they replicated from cashbacksaver.com They try to charge $20 a month for the site which is completely free to everyone. The company gives enrolees 3 days to back out of the rep agreement even though they tell you that there is a 30 day money back guarantee. It's an MLM with some goofy personal assistant you can call & some other free stuff from the internet thrown in. The manager of the thing was a big MLM'er in some other company and brought his downline into this sham. Won't last long.

I am here to stand up as well with John and the others in this company. I have a strong believe in this company and know how it can truly change peoples lives and it is as i write this reply.

First off it does cost 329 dollars to join the company as a marketing rep, with provides you with a kit supplied to your door step and an opportunity that can truly change your life.

The $20 a month charge is for optional websites, but the product 'Care Saver is only 19.95 a month not what you have describe in your report.
I agree you do need to read the terms associated with this company before making comments that you honestly have no idea about.

I have seen some of your other post and I am glad you want to look out for others, but you are so far from the truth with Zurvita.

I have been in the company now since july and it is a true Blessing for me and so many other people. Not only does the company product the Care Saver product but also many other products like Computer tech support, Health care benefits and the most exciting is Energy. I am a stay at home dad of 3 kids that have truly been blessed to work from home because of Zurvita.

I would hope before putting out comments about companies in the future you make sure you get the facts. I am not trying to be mean, and hope you understand, but as you can hopefully see with the comments left about the company.

The founders of the company are some of the greatest people who truly care about people that I have ever known.

If anybody has any comments please reply to tim@freedomteamfounders.com or call me 704-648-7470

Sounds Like Someone Has Been Burned

AUTHOR: Righteous - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, July 21, 2008

To be fair, let's examine the Zurvita Care Saver...one of several service products that Zurvita offers.

#1) Virtual Mall- an online mall with over 600 stores including Macy's, Target, Walmart, Sport's Authority, Sears, Travelocity, Orbitz, and hundreds more... with special discounts and incentives to members. Retailers offer a cash back incentive that is saved in the customer's Care Saver account. When the accumulation of cash back earnings hits $25...you can request a check..in cash! That's a scam? Hmmm. Let's see here....I am spending money on these items anyway, I'm getting preferred discounts and in many cases free shipping, AND I am getting cash back with every purchase? Yea, I really see the scam there........???????

#2) Daily Services- A website that offers local discounts in your zipcode. Just plug in your zip code, enter radius miles...and see what merchants in your town are offering exclusive discounts for members! Dining, Shopping, Health and Beauty, Hotels, and more....another scam? Really? How?

#3) Zurvita Personal Assistant- a 24/7 personal secretary that is accessed via the customer's cell phone. Confirm appointments, make dinner or travel reservations, check traffic reports, weather reports, find that perfect gift, game scores, research assistance, wake-up calls, transcription......are you "sure" this is a scam?

#4) Zurvita Pet Assure- Alternative pet care coverage for your pet. Regardless of age, breed, mecial condition, or number of pets in your household! You have 4 dogs, 2 cats, and a pot belly pig? They are all covered. No paperwork, no deductibles, no exclusions, no hidden fees, and benefits begin immediately.
25% discount each time you take your pet in for vet care. Up to 35% off of pet merchandise, grooming, or boarding. A 24/7 Lost Pet Recovery Service....your pet is furnished with a tag containing a serial number and a 1-800 number. Your neighbor finds your pet...the 1-800 # is called and all of the owner's information automatically displays in the database.

All four of these services together for $19.95 a month!

Where is the scam?

This is a fantastic bundle of services, and I have multiple testimonials as to the level of customer service Zurvita gives. Zurvita goes well above and beyond customer expectations.

It sounds like perhaps you tried Zurvita as a marketing representative, found out it was NOT a lottery ticket and that you actually have to work....and now you are bitter.

That is really such a shame.

It's not the company, it's not the product or service, it's not the compensation plan, it's not the company's president.....IT'S YOU.

You are the reason your business did not succeed.

Zurvita is a great company and I am proud to be a representative.

Good luck and I hope you find what you are looking for.

Thank You.

Everything you wrote is false! I work at the Corporate office, and I will tell you the truth! The fee to become a Marketing Representative is $329.00, and you do get your money back when you cancel within 3 days! It is $19.95 per month to purchase the Caresaver Card, and when you shop through our Cashback website, you do get cashback!

You have 30 days to cancel the Caresaver card, and you do get your money back when you request it! If you had taken the time to actually read the policies and procedures that you agreed to, obviously you didn't which damages your credibility, you would have seen that it is your own fault, as we clearly guide you through using the service!

The full story

AUTHOR: John Rodgers - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, July 11, 2008

It is unfortunate that this report was filed on information that seems to be mis-understood. For the record, I will clear things up point by point.
Charge one: "A relatively new den of scammers calling themselves Zurvita have recently popped up charging reps $350 to join a site they replicated from cashbacksaver.com They try to charge $20 a month for the site which is completely free to everyone."
Answer: The company does not charge $350 to join a replicated site. The company markets, among other things, a plan called Care Saver. This plan includes 4 components 1. a universal discount card that a person can use at over 175,000 locations to save on things like dinning and entertainment, personal services such as dry cleaning, oil changes etc., travel items like hotel, motel, and rental cars and the list goes on. 2. The plan includes a personal attendant that is linked to your cell phone. This is what he referes to as a "goofy personal assistant". This is a service that is just like the onstar service that GM has in many of their vehicles and that people pay $29.95 a month for. I have used this service for getting directions, researching the best deals on the internet, 411 (which is unlimited with the service) and I even use it as a personal secretary to call people and confirm my appointments. This feature alone is a graet value. 3. A virtual mall. This is the main feature that he mentioned. It's a nice added feature. You can access special savings on the internet as well as get cash back rebates on purchases thru the site. 4. The last component is a pet plan. If you go to petassure.com you will see what this plan consists of as it is the same plan. It is a plan that is usually marketed for $9.95 a month. All four of these services are grouped together and are sold for $19.95 a month. Quite a good value. I know people that save more then that on the 411 feature alone. What this indavidual does not report is that we also offer other services. If one is curious about those services they can look at www.foundersteam.com.
Another point of clarification. The $350.00 that he talks about is not for that plan but for a person to start their own business marketing Zurvita services. The cost to do so is not $350.00 but $329.00. What a great country that we live in taht we can start our own business for $329.00. I made $1,300 my first month with a full time job a wife and 6 kids. Just this last month I went full time with the business.

Charge 2: "The company gives enrolees 3 days to back out of the rep agreement even though they tell you that there is a 30 day money back guarantee."
Answer: The 30 day money back guarentee is for the membership. Is there a problem there? The 3 days has to do with people starting the business and yes, if a person changes their mind in 3 days they can have a full refund. Having said that I'll let you in on a little something. A dear friend of mine got started in the business and she was all excited to get things going. After about a week or so she realised that she bit off more then she could chew and decided that she should not do the business. She would be too busy raising her child and going to school. When she called the office to cancel the person at the office let her know that they will miss her and even prayed with her. She said that she was not sure what she could do as the 3 days had passed but that she would work on it. A couple of days latter she got a letter from Zurvita AND Amacore, the parent company wishing her the very best and that they would refund her money. You see, Zurvita is a Latin word that means 'The Risen Life' and as a main part of their vision they want to Glorify God. They truly want to help people, not scam them.
Charge 3: "The manager of the thing was a big MLM'er in some other company and brought his downline into this sham."
Answer: The president of the company is Mark Jarvis. I have known him for over 4 years and he is a personal friend of mine. I am proud to call him my friend. He has been nothing but kind to me and my family and yes he has had good success in the industry. He is a man of integrity and even though he did have the ability to to draw many people away from his last company he did not attempt to do so out of integrity. I know this from personal experience. He could have called me but he did not. I had to call him, and when I did he said, "now John I hope you know that I would not try to draw you away from the other company". He discourages people from doing so.
Charge 4:"It won't last long"
Answer: On the contrary, the company has the backing of over 4.5 billion dollars and have partnered with leaders in the industry. They just signed a multi year contract to be the exclusive marketing arm for MX Energy marketing electricity and natural gas in deregulated markets. MX Energy is recognized by Entrepreneur Magazine as being the 6th. fastest growing company in the nation with over half a million customers. When a company like MX Energy enters into an agreement like that with a company you can be sure that they did their homework.
I know that I sure am happy to be a part of a company like this.
I don't know your name but I can say this. I know that there are a lot of real scams out there so I can really appreciate your concern in trying to protect people. It shows that you have a heart for people. Fortunately I can let you know that there is no need for concern here. This company is a good one. If anyone has any questions feel free to call or email

False Represenations Concerning CashBackSaver.com

AUTHOR: Jody Tallal - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, May 12, 2008

I am the CEO of Very Important Relationships, Inc., which owns CashBackSaver.com, as well as eight other Internet Mega Mall rewards platforms serving six different industries. The contents of this report (which is the basis of its contention that Zurvita is a fraud) states that CashBackSaver.com is a free service and that Zurvita is replicating that site.

A relatively new den of scammers calling themselves Zurvita have recently popped up charging reps $350 to join a site they replicated from cashbacksaver.com They try to charge $20 a month for the site which is completely free to everyone.

Both statements above are false.

CashBackSaver.com is not available to the general public. In fact, none of our Mega Malls are.

CashBackSaver.com is an employee benefit program designed for large corporations to offer to their employees as an employee benefit. Each employee must register under their corporation's enrollment site to get their Membership Code to enter this site. No one can enter the site without a Membership Code.

Zurvita has not replicated CashBackSaver.com, but instead is a customer of Very Important Relationships, Inc.. They paid VIR to create a Mega Mall for its Zurvita members. Therefore, the contention that this site is replicated from CashBackSaver.com, and it is a free service for which they are charging money, is not true.

Jody Tallal, CEO
