Received wrong order of Weight Loss Compound Capsule Form. I contacted Company stating I was returning the entire order because "It was too expensive and I changed my mind". I was told that they would not refund anything, not even partially, because the order was placed by phone. The CCR was trying to convince me that I was getting a deal. I stated that their Website clearly stated on several pages a "full refund guaranteed up to 60 days of purchase".
I asked to speak to the CCR's Manager, he stated the same thing - NO REFUND on phone order. After several more requests to give me a refunds, he said "they went through a lot of trouble sending the order" and making other excuses, then finally he hung up the phone on me.
Not only were they rude, but Falsely Represented on their Website.
