This report is to warn the Instagram Dog community, Photography community, and Businesses in general that work hard to establish a presence on social media.  Be warned of :

Zyia Marie Tenaglia from Levittown, Pennsylvania, currently residing in Philadelphia, PA  19124

I am an Instagram mom who often helps new accounts on IG.  At this particular point in time, I was working on growing followers for my puppy's account.   To this end, I ran a $75.00 giveaway in the form of a gift card.   All the conditions/restrictions/obligations were spelled-out in the post.

I CHOSE @ZyiaMarie AKA  @ZyiaMariesphotography @pawsnwanderlust & @thatbullyrocky (Same account I later learned changes name and goes from private to public on regular basis). I chose Zyia Marie Tenaglia as the winner.   

Zyia Marie Tenaglia subsequently un-followed my puppy's account and I politely informed her.   Shortly after, she unfollowed again and I explained to her that it was against the terms of the giveaway to unfollow and if no longer interested in the giveaway to simply give it back.   She replied:

“… it’s only one unfollow, this is now my personal account, you can’t make people follow you…!”

Indeed, one is free to follow and unfollow as one chooses. However, When Zyia Marie Tenaglia, accepted monies, she accepted the terms of the giveaway and accepted the legal obligations.  You took monies and agreed to become an indeterminately follower.  You’re legally obligated to comply with the terms of the giveaway.  It’s really not too difficult to follow and thus fulfill your legal obligation.   It is irrelevant whether you choose to make your account business, personal, or otherwise. 

For mere principle, legal action may follow so this type of scam/ripoff does not continue.

Future employers, businesses, customers, social media promoters and public in general, proceed with extreme caution when dealing with Zyia Marie Tenaglia.  Based on foregoing facts, you will likely be defrauded and ripped off.

I encourage fellow social media users to report this kind of rip-off.
