 Zyppah - hard to get a refund!" plus I found it to be too small. They say there is a 90 day guarantee/refund... BUT you have to call an 800 # FIRST & get an RMA# (return merchandise authorization #), OTHERWISE they won't refund. What they don't say is that the salesperson won't / can't issue a RMA#? I called TWICE, BOTH times I was told that they couldn't give me an RMA unless I spoke to a customer service manager & no managers were available BOTH times. On the second call I had to tell them I was a lawyer & going to post reviews, I had to demand 3X to talk to a manager. Finally I was given an Erica, who did NOT issue me an RMA. I was told to write my order # on the outside of the box. I objected and read her the Zyppah.com contract from the website and asked her to email me that I really did not need an RMA, she put me on hold and "somehow" I was disconnected. I filed a BBB complaint, emailed it to them & called a 3rd time. Would you believe that I was told AGAIN that no manager was available!!! After I told them I had heard that story before & demamded they get a manager, miraculously, Erica came back on the phone & agreed to email me that The order # is the RMA #. WHY DO THEY NOT ALLOW THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT TO GIVE OUT THE RMA (WITHOUT SAYING YOU HAVE TO TALK TO A MANAGER FIRST) WHEN IT IS JUST THE SAME AS YOUR ORDER #? ... And it says in the contract that an AGENT (not manager) will provide the RMA # ? Hmm, is it possible that it is because they want to make it hard for you to return? I couldn't get an answer I was happy with. She said it was just their "procedure." I do not like the product & I do not like the way they make it hard to get a refund.
