Actually you are quite wrong. We have actually been contacted by quite a few people. One in particular is a person who heads up a mortgage Fraud conference each year (www.mortgagefraudblog.com/conference2008) We have had quite a few conversations in which she gathered all info on this case, and has looked up the culprit heading up our scam. she also investigated his prior allegations here in Jersey, and also found out info on his partners. One of which is in prison for fraud. She then had a few other people and investigators contact us. who in return has contacted our mortgage carrier, and they together are about to take action on our behalf. All in all we are quite happy with the people who have contacted us, and who are helping. To live in this country is great, and to be able to prosper by helping people is a blessing, but when you underhandidly try to gain riches by fraudulent acts, and lies (not receiving rent payments) you will eventually or even once again be brought to justice. Who is the culprit that you refer to that they have investigated? Your implacation is that it is the person that you previously complained about and then latter retracted your complaint.

Who are the partners that you refer to? If you have that name and you think they are a fraud you should name them so that other readers are not fooled by that person?

You also imply that one of the parties are in prison, can you name them or tell us how you learnerd that information?

If you were defrauded of your home. why would the mortgage company take action since they already secure the property?

What lies were you told and what was done undehandedly,that made you lose your home?

It almost sounds like you are simply fabricating astory of details you know nothing about.
