Bluegreen Resorts ripoff Myrtle Beach South Carolina

The only reason for my pressence involved the fact that it's safer and less gass expence to carpool and me and my x both had to traverese to our home state at that time. My x had a bill this company sent him. According to the first bill they sent reported increase rates due to hurricain damage. He said lets stop by there. We went down there on the way out of town. He wanted to take a look at the resort. There was not a bit of damage at all!!! He insisted they cancel membership and they refused. Thereafter I somehow began to get huge bills from them with interest added and late charges. They reported this on MY credit report even though it was in fact an x-spouse who had signed up for their scam to begin with and this had nothing to do with me! I'm sure this is how they obtained my personal information and given I had income, I can only suppose that they decided to scam and bill me for something I had no part of because a way existed to exploit my personal information and what they did is a crime. How is this possible!!!
