We were promised airline tickets and cruise passes if we signed with Festiva immediately. When we did not receive them we tried contacting the company.

After several unanswered calls and being given several different numbers to call, it became obvious that we had been lied to and would not be getting the tickets or cruise passes that we were promised.

I sent a letter to the company requesting to cancel or be released from the contract but the refused. We have not used any benefits at all and checked with the BBB and of course there are hundreds of complaints.

We have returned the portfolio to the sales office and are continuing with our efforts to be released from this contract.

Based on our experience and the long list of complaints; it's obvious that Festiva encourages their salesman to lie in order to make a sale.

DO NOT JOIN FESTIVA RESORTS!
