These are the two letters that we have forwarded to Harbor Resort Management. To date we have heard nothing from this company. The only calls that we are receiveing are from a credit corporation Highland Credit Corporation, stating that we owe money. We have placed several calls but to no avail. We went back to Vegas March 16 but couldn't find them. We have changed bank account numbers, checking account numbers, but these people have important information about us and they are very persistent. Can you please help us.

To Whom It May Concern:

I am writing of a matter which I am confident will be of interest to you.

While vacationing in Las Vegas during the month of October, I entered into a venture which I understood was one that would be beneficial to both me and my partner, the purchase of Time-Sharing with what I understood to be a reputable company. This transaction took place on the 23rd day of October, I paid the down payment with a personal check ($908.50), to date that cheque has not been drawn on. I have not received any documentation concerning my purchase, no telephone calls to indicate whether or not there has a problem. Numerous telephone calls have resulted in my being referred in succession to countless members of staff who were unable to help me or provide me with any type of information. I understand from someone in your establishment that the company is in the process of changing hands. I met and dealt with persons at the main office in Las Vegas. How many entities are involved in this transaction? My first payment is expected by your company December 30, 2006. How can I feel comfortable entering into a venture of this sort, when your company has failed to fulfill your end of the contract by providing me with the necessary documentation to prove to me that this deal is legitimate or that your company is looking out for my best interest as a client?

I find myself in a position that makes me feel very uncomfortable, and as a business person myself I would not allow a client to be kept in the dark as I have been. I have been told by a member of your company that I cannot cancel this transaction, but honestly do you think that I have been treated fairly and professionally as your representatives had promised. I would like to be given the option to cancel as this venture does not seem like one that I feel comfortable enough to engage in. In actuality I will give you the opportunity to prove to me that the allegations that I have put forward to you are false and will afford you every chance to represent yourselves as the professionals that I originally dealt with.

I would like to know that I could look forward to doing business with your company in the future. Unfortunately, however, that will not occur if I am to expect this type of service. Surely, my unfortunate experience is not in alignment with your reputation, which I hear is of high caliber.

To whom it may concern,

My name is ------------------. We have attached previous correspondence to your company, and are once again trying to sort out difficulties that we have encountered with the purchase of time sharing. From the letter attached you will see how we are justified in complaining in the matter that we are.

We have called and sent a fax to your company dating back to December of 2006, with concerns that we had relating to the sale.

We paid a deposit of $908.50 on the 23rd day of October 2006, signed what we thought was an agreement to that effect, but unbeknown to us that was only the beginning of a nightmare for us. We waited for three months only to find that the check was never drawn on, so we called. No one seemed to know any thing about our transaction or could provide us with any type of information that would bring us up to speed on what was going on with our purchase. We contacted Jay in Las Vegas who informed us that there were some issues as the company was changing hands, and that they were a bit behind in their processing. To date we have had no sort of contact with any representatives from your company, relating to a change over or difficulties.

We waited two more months to hear from your company, but nothing came. The only contact that we have had is from your credit agents Highland Credit Corporation, who faithfully contact us every month concerning our payment, which to date we have not made. We have asked them to contact you on several occasions to inform you of our crisis, but still nothing. We cancelled the deposit check after waiting for months for you to draw on it. Even after we cancelled the check we figured that you would have the decency to contact us, but no still nothing. I have been in several business ventures and as a business professional I am appalled by the method in which Harbor Management have handled this transaction.

After conferring with my attorneys and after serious consideration I am forced to send you this letter requesting that you:

1. Apologize for the poor handling of this transaction
2. Afford us the opportunity to cancel out the transaction
3. Contact Highland Credit Corporation and inform them of the latter.

It is very unfortunate that we had to experience such unjustness from a business of your caliber. In closing, it is very unfortunate that we had to go this route, but in all honesty would you yourself feel comfortable and trusting entering into a venture of this sort with so many uncertainties at hand. I am affording you the chance to respond before I correspond with my Attorney.

Please see the attachment for past correspondence.

Sincerely,

--------
