International Resort Properties LLC. We signed & paid for a contract with this company to help sell our timeshare & never gotten a response Internet

I'm the primary owner for a timeshare called westgate blue tree resorts and my ex-husband is the secondary owner.  We decided to sell it since were now divorce.

On January 01, 2009 we had a gentleman name Matthew Haas from international resort properties llc. to offer us to help sell our timeshare.

We agreeded to let this company help so we paid and signed a contact. After we signed and paid for the contract we didn't get any response within months.

Then we finally had gotten in touch with a sales rep but they stated we only advertise twice a month.

We feel that this is fraud because at first they were telling us that they were informing others about our timeshare to buy every week and now there basically saying they only advertise. In other words there an advertising company not a resale company.

The only reason why we even gotten a response back thru email is because I informed this company if nothing is to be done since its been just about a year I will take action.

We want our money back and see justice be done.
