I won the supposed DREAM VACATION. Call us with 48 hrs to confirm. I did then they started the speach of all the extras. Told them no just the free trip. They asked for my credit card number to confirm it. I told them I do not give my credit card number over to phone.

Was told the are Ramada Inn Dream Resorts and all calls were recorded so I would be covered. Told them no so was sent to a supervisor. I explained to him I do not give my info over phone I wanted something in writing. He( Robert Zapa id # 224) then told me only reason I wouldn't give him my numer was either my card was maxed out or no good. I hung up on him. Then they had the nerve to call me back. I filed a complaint with Ramada Inns but was told thet Dreams is a franchise and they have no authority over them.
