Well I fell for it too! Even though it was very uncharacteristic of me to do something like this they still reeled me in...be aware it can happen to you.

I got the same voucher everyone else did for $1600 so I curiously called the number. I told them I didn't want to give them any money and to just send the package. After about 10 minutes of bargaining the salesman agreed but he required I give him my credit card number so that he could verify I had one.

Long story short... I got off the phone with an uneasy feeling and found this life saving site. I freaked out and called my credit card company and behold there was a charge for $342! My company said they couldn't deny the charge and had to wait until it went through to dispute it. Well I couldn't wait any longer so I called them back and was hung up on numerous times.

The next day I called back to customer service told them I made an honest mistake and I wouldn't stop until I got my money back. They tried for 10 minutes to upgrade me and what not so I listened just to make them happy.

Bottom line, I told them I knew the law and it reads that if you receive no benefit from the vacation within 30 days, you have the right to a full refund... even if you agree on the phone to something non-refundable. Do not back down but do not be rude, just don't budge.

You can get your money back as long as your within your 30 days. Even if you are past your 30 days you can fight it.

Suggestions:
1.) Be nice and understanding otherwise they will hang up.
2.) Tell them you know how the law reads. They will initially tell you they can't do anything but tell them you are willing to go as far as you have to.
3.) Give them about 10 days to refund the money if they don't you can use the letter example shown in one of the other reports. It's more formal and takes longer but from what I have heard it is flawless. Good luck!
