I contacted Resales Buy Owner (RSBO) in May of 2008 and spoke with a Valarie Rees (who is conveniently at this time no longer employed there) and she assured me our particular timeshare would be sold within no longer than 6 months. The 6 months went by and then I was contacted by a woman named Diane Ball and she also assured me she could sell our timeshare quickly and we lowered the price DRASTICALLY just to get it off our hands. For the past 6 months I have been leaving messages for Jack- supposedly the supervisor and also for Diane and STILL have not had a single call back. All we want is to sell our timeshare even at a loss in order to put this nitemare behind us. Absolutely unbelievable they are allowed to steal, lie and misrepresent their business. They belong in jail. In these tough times all we want is our $519 refunded or for them to sell our timeshare as they promised!!!!!!!

I too have been ripped off by this company. My location is Avon Park until the end of March. We reside in Ontario Canada. The timeshare we are selling is located in Kissimmee Florida. We have no regrets with the timeshare - just don't have the use and are in need of the money now.

I THINK WE SHOULD ALL BAND TOGETHER AND TRY AND PUT THIS COMPANY OUT OF BUSINESS.

Unless the word gets out this company will continue to dupe people out of their money especially in these bad times.

I am continually contacting people, lawyers, rip off sites, pissed consumer sites, anywhere where the public will get wind of this unscrupulous business.

We visited the place of business in South Daytona. It was a shambles. The Administrative office in the basement was even worse, and the Head Administrator Jill was a few sandwiches short of a picnic. Stupid!!!!!! to say the least.

A Lawyer, in Tampa suggested the best recourse to take is to contact Better Business Bureau, Attorney General's office, television stations, and newspapers in the location of your area. Maybe an investigative report would put this company out of business, or at least they will pay out to get us off their back....

ISN'T IT WORTH A TRY????????? I HAVE DONE ALL OF THE ABOVE AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO UNTIL I GET SOMEWHERE.

Too all that have been ripped off by RSBO, File a complaint with the Attorney Generals office in florida, you can download a complaint form on line. I and about 45 others have filed in just one month. And if your a senior the fines are stiffer. You must add to the complaint all phone calls and e-mails and the contract, I also have contacted a lawyer.We cannot sit back and do nothing if the AG sees all these complaints they will take it to court. File the complaint please. They have ripped off so many of people and I know of one person $20.000. I myself was $4,000. Let take this company down. Power in numbers
