Summer Bay Resorts company ripped me off, i paid them $647 for a couple of trips 4 months ago, now i am trying to set up, they say i owe them more as they did not charge my card everything that was due Orlando Florida

on may 9th i paid them $647 with my credit card for a few little trips, now that we are trying to take on they say we owe them another $99 that they did not charge + another $100 for driving to and from airport. they never said a word about all of the extra expenses still owed. the did mention extra charge for pick up at air port, but, $100? they won't let you find your own way there just there $100 way and must pay upfront to get reservation. i could have made all of the reservations myself without all of the extras. they are a ripoff company. they keep telling you to go to their website for explanations, website wouldn't come up said server errors over and over for days.
