One of the worst dining experiences ever. We were celebrating a birthday and despite having a reservation we had to wait over a hour for a table, when we were seated we again had to wait quite some time to have service provided to us, In the mean time the salad bar ran out of plates. The waiters were so rushed they spilled food on our jackets. Food was not served to all members of the party at once and the restaurant ran out of some of their entrees. The bill came and 18% was added to the bill for the non-existent service. The manager spoke broken English and was extremely rude. There are plenty of great restaurants in West Orange so stay away from Ekko.

Sounds like they are doing well

AUTHOR: Inspector - Tobyhanna (USA)

They must be busy if they ran out of plates and the wait for a table is over an hour.

"The manager spoke broken English and was extremely rude."  This is the norm.  Most of the businesses I go into today are owned by people that speak broken english, or are you referring to illiterates of this country.  Rude?  wake up! you are in New Jersey.
