IHOP, International House Of Pancakes rip-off, the business that doesn't give a damn Lynchburg Virginia

Yes, anyone that has ever eaten at IHOP knows how incredibly terrible the food is. But look at it this way, all you suffered was the God Aweful After taste, last time we visited our local IHOP, my infant son was burned by a careless server.

The worst part, I have tried very hard to work with these people to settle this out of court. They appearently don't give a D***. My son is now permamently scared on both his hands, and I have an attorney. They don't care, and people actually like their food and worship them. Amazing isn't it? I tried to be nice!

Just hope you don't ever end up going back!

When I went to college we used to go to the very same IHOP. After two bad consecutive experiences, I stopped going. The first time, my friend ordered coffee and asked for milk to put in her coffee. When she went to pour the milk in her coffee, a chunk of green mold came out!! It was about the size of a dime! What a terrible experience. When she asked for the price of the coffee to be taken off the check, they were rude to us and said "absolutely not". We didn't argue but were suprised they couldn't compensate us for a 1.00 coffee.
The next time I went there, most of my food was cold. I didn't complain but instead vowed never to go back. And I haven't. I also remember the customer service being outrageously bad, but I don't have specific information on that. It's been too long. The place is a bit run down, so I am sure anyone who is employed there isn't there by choice- hence the lack of service.

I don't think that particular chain store location cares about being sanitary and the customer service is pretty bad. It rates in my top 3 worst restaurant experiences ever, so I thought I would write a follow up to a previous complaint. You definitely should avoid that place!!!
