IHOP Ripoff Dirty Restaurant, No Customer Service San Antonio Texas

My husband, sister, and my kids recently visited this IHOP and it was an experience that will keep us from visiting any other IHOPS.

We were seated at a table that a leg was broken on. One chair had jelly all over it which I had to clean off myself. I wanted a combo which had everything I wanted except for it had eggs so I asked for no eggs and just 2 extra pieces of bacon. The waitress was extremely rude and said that she could do that. If I didn't want the eggs she would have to charge me for each item individually.

While we were waiting on our food my son had to go to the restroom. The restroom was disgusting, so bad that my husband wanted to leave as soon as he got back to the table. We ended up not eating and we still had to pay. The kitchen and the floor is filthy as we could easily see into it as we were walking out of the restaurant. When we got into the parking lot the container that the cooks put grease into was overflowing onto the parking lot.

I certainly expect a prompt response to my complaint, as I intend to make sure that this complaint is filed in a number of other places, so that before others patronize this restaurant, they are aware of the way this restaurant operates.
