This is no surprise as red lobster, which seems to pretend to cater to good customer service, has definitely declined significantly in that department. Almost every visit to red lobster seems to be getting worse, and the staff seem to be stuck up snobbish and not do their job at all. On numerous occasions I've had very bad service, flippant and mean servers as well, and they have made my order wrong dozens of times even four times on one order. They can't seem to take direction or orders very well. On another occasion a waitress missed our table twice taking our orders after 30 minutes of waiting. Because we were hungry I asked her if she could bring the bread out and she rudely stated "the bread will come out with the salads" rather than caring that her bad service has caused people to be hungry and waiting, she could care less. Red lobster has declined completely in customer care and doesn't even know the meaning of it anymore- beware.
