Today, a friend called these people. They were quickly prompted for her Credit card information, for a 2.95 charge.  This raised my curiosity, so I went to the internet.  On the internet, I found out that my friend would be subject to a 19 dollar a month charge after that 'trial period' that they NEVER MENTIONED until my friend asked if they would ever have to pay more.

So, my friend quickly asked to be removed.  The Operator, Latoya, said she couldn't do that, and gave the usual speech about 'don't you want to make extra money, don't you want to be a secret shopper, etc'.  Afterwards, still adamant on being removed from the list, my friend was recommended to another number.  That number gave the same speech about 'don't you want to be a shopper'?  Then they gave yet ANOTHER number for my friend to be removed from their list.  Finally, the third number 1-866-920-8009 allowed my friend to cancel the service, although they never refunded the 2.95 they took for no service and basically took without informing what that information would be used for.
