Went to Swiss Chalet, sat down. Waited to order. 

Waitress got there, we ordered. Waitress arrived with the wrong food(Strike 1) which was fine as she brought back the proper order. 

We had been eating a while and my glass was empty. It stayed empty for a while and I was getting quite thirsty and it was getting hard to swallow.

I put the glass on the side of the as it is customary to do. She came and asked if everything was okay and she did not even look for refills. 

I was chewing food, so I pointed to the glass. She did not get it. I quickly swallowed my food and ask for a refill. 

She comes back and puts the glass on the table, while again I'm chewing away on my food. 

I nod and she says your welcome. I took this to be a snappy remark and after I had finished I said what a dumb b***h under my breathe. She or some other waiter heard it.  Anyways so she goes on break and sends another waitor to put the bill. 

wait for quite some time, and then go to pay. The machine allowed login, but when no tip was pressed, it would feed out junk. 
The waitress took the machine and pressed some buttons on it.

I'm pretty sure there is nothing that you can adjust from the atm reciever. But she did this like 3 times, each time the card failed, some of the time it printed out some garbage.

Anyways I assume that they pulled out the plug at the back as soon as no tip was pushed. They had a bouncer there to make sure that we did not dine and dash from there poor service. 

They called the girl Tiffany, I don't know if that is her name, she was female, shorter than me with mid length hair or longer. 

Anyways if the manger was there, there were at least 3 people in on it. 

The waitress('tiffany')
The 'bouncer' like guy who was there
The waitress that was supposed to be helping us and playing with random keys
The person who was fiddling with the plug. 

Likely will be calling the bank and seeing if it was cut off at the time of the bill and then reporting it to the owner at Swiss Chalet.

The food is good as normal but likely won't be eating there again.

If I have to worry about my food being tampered with or my time being wasted by waiters/waitresses that get mad at me, I'm not going to eat there and neither should anyone.

Cheers to hoping you all getting fired!

The waitress brought the wrong order but fixed it.  You actually had to ask for a refill because..oh the horror.  When she brought the refill you took her saying your welcome as a "snappy remark" so of course you did the next logical thing.  You called her a dumb b***h under your breath.  You also stated that the food was good as normal, which makes it appear you have eaten there before.

So far it might rise to the level of bad service if you take a big leap, but a Ripoff?????

But then when you go to pay you are sure that as soon as you pressed No Tip they had someone there to pull the plug out of the machine...Ummmmm I think this leap has gone to paranoid.
