Anton Posniak is a charming fellow who goes around southern California convincing people that he is a legitimate developer and operator of restaurants. He began with a group in Los Angeles called Choice Hospitality, or SGM, but was kicked out of the group for comingling funds, and for outright theft of money. He has since moved to Newport Beach where has convinced more people to work with him, for him, and invest in his projects. I am currently in a law suit with him trying to recover tens of thousands of dollars which he took and fled with. Anton leaves behind him a long, long trail of people who have been fleeced. Do not give this man money or provide him with services that require payment. He will rip you off.
