Allied Commercial Roofing THIS ROOFING COMPANY SCAMMED ME AND ROBBED ME! 46 University Rd, East Brunswick, New Jersey

I had a roof leak in my master bedroom and I called Allied Commercial Roofing Co. on 1-877-567-9677 and a guy from the company checked the roof took pictures and showed me some digital prints of the roof (I am not even sure now if pictures were my roof) and told me it would cost $300 to fix the leak and told me to take the 5 year roof guarantee from them. He mentioned that he would service the entire roof and fix any repair or leak for the next 5 years under the guarantee. I went ahead and agreed to pay him $800 for the fix and the warranty. He collected the payment and took $800.00 on Aug 26 2009 and gave me an invoice. Within the next 2 weeks it rained and we had the same leak in our master bedroom from the same EXACT place. So we called the company and requested them to come and fix it the leak was not fixed. Since then every time my wife called Michal Urich - Owner and he would tell my wife that he would be there in the evening but would not show up. This repeated for more then 11 times. It rained heavily couple of times and we would have to rush with buckets in our bedroom to collect the water from the leak. I started to call the company and I got the same response that someone would come the next day. I have called more then 50 times till now and the moment he sees my number the guy there does not pick up and if he picks up he lies to me saying that he is 1/2 hour away and that he will be at the house in 15 minutes or an hour. I repeatedly called again and again and gave up.

He has different names (Mike, Erick etc) and different tel numbers as well(877-567-9677 and 848 250 7827 and 800 567 9677).I AM POSITIVE THAT HE HAS NOT FIXED THE LEAK IN MY HOUSE! THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD AND THE OWNER HAS STOLEN MY MONEY AND GIVEN ME A SHEET OF PAPER CALLED GUARANTEE WHICH IS NOT VALID. HE DOES NOT CALL BACK AND DOES NOT PICK UP MY CALLS. I WANT TO REPORT TO THE POLICE ABOUT THIS AS WELL. I LOST MY $800 AND CAN’T AFFORD TO GET THE LEAK FIXED BY ANOTHER VENDOR NOW. PLEASE ASSIST!
