These people are inconsiderate, self serving, self righteous ingrates. First, we were told by the gent we bought our home from that there was a "little problem with the septic"- yeah, it didn't exist.

Our septic empties out into a pond in the back of the building, which no one seems to be too concerned about except the neighbor's property which it runs off on. We got involved in the "Association" to get the place looking more like a place to live than a druggie's hide away & get thanked by getting royally screwed by the evil ---- next door who is on a personal vendetta to screw my husband to the wall.

There was also a problem with the windows but, "they're dry as a bone". Ok, it is spring & I have water that pours into my home every time it rains hard. The "normal standard" is NOT this I say.

The "Association" uses its by-laws as they see fit, then disregards them when it protects or assists the good guys from getting it up the ---. I have one request- my well water to be tested because my son has leukemia & I want to know that the water we drink & use is safe but have been told it's too expensive to test it & "it only affects 2 units" and "not worth our time."

My article of agreement is technically nullified right now & I just want away from these people & to warn any other potential buyers to beware of this little entity of cult happy Step ford people. You either fit in or you don't & they make your life a nightmare.

As it stands right now, the "PRESIDENT" has successfully launched a propaganda campaign to ensure that any move we make will be difficult in the fact that she's accusing my husband of embezzling money that should be rightfully his when they agreed to pay him for work done. Now they claim they didn't say that, even though we have it in writing- it doesn't seem to matter. Even an attorney told me we got screwed big time in the fact that we were lied to in the beginning about the condition of the property, & we did all of these improvements basically for the benefit of the lying bandit that sold us this atrocity in waiting.

Nothing says it better than " BUYER BEWARE" & STAY AWAY FROM FERN MEADOWS CONDOMINIUMS!!!!
